OpScout WhatsApp Alerts
OpScout users can optionally receive WhatsApp notifications when alerts they configure are triggered.
How WhatsApp linking works
- Sign in to OpScout.
- Link and verify the WhatsApp number you want to use.
- When creating or editing an alert, select WhatsApp as a delivery channel.
- Save the alert.
- OpScout sends WhatsApp notifications when the conditions you configured match.
Linking a WhatsApp number does not itself enable WhatsApp delivery for every alert.
What OpScout sends
OpScout uses WhatsApp for service messages related to your OpScout account and user-configured alerts.
OpScout does not use an alert notification as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, write, exercise, or otherwise transact in a financial instrument.
Manage WhatsApp delivery
You can change alert delivery channels or unlink your WhatsApp destination from within OpScout.
