This Privacy Policy describes how OSHER MEVIN, INC. (“OpScout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with OpScout.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- account identifiers used to sign in;
- your email address;
- a mobile phone number or WhatsApp-related identifier when you choose to link WhatsApp delivery;
- alert configurations, including instruments, conditions, and delivery channels you select;
- subscription and entitlement information needed to determine access to paid OpScout features;
- device, application, browser, network, and technical log information needed to operate and secure the service; and
- communications you send to OpScout support.
We do not receive your full payment-card information from Apple when you purchase an App Store subscription.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- authenticate and maintain user accounts;
- create, monitor, and deliver user-configured alerts;
- link and verify notification destinations;
- determine subscription entitlement;
- provide customer support;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve OpScout; and
- comply with legal obligations.
3. WhatsApp Information
WhatsApp delivery is optional.
When you link WhatsApp to OpScout, we use the relevant phone number or account information only as necessary to verify the destination and deliver the OpScout notifications you choose.
Meta Platforms and WhatsApp may process information as part of providing WhatsApp messaging infrastructure under their own terms and privacy policies.
OpScout does not sell or rent your WhatsApp contact information.
4. Service Providers
We use service providers to operate OpScout, including providers of:
- cloud infrastructure;
- authentication;
- market information;
- notification delivery;
- application distribution and subscription billing; and
- security and operational services.
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
5. Subscription Information
If you purchase OpScout Pro through Apple, Apple processes the payment.
OpScout may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, expiration information, and related entitlement information needed to determine whether paid features are active.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate OpScout, provide the services you use, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- modify or delete alerts;
- change alert delivery channels;
- manage linked notification destinations; and
- delete your OpScout account.

OpScout is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
