OpScout SMS Alerts

OpScout users may optionally enable SMS notifications for alerts they configure.

Opt-in flow

Sign in to OpScout.
Add and verify a mobile phone number in Settings.
Explicitly select SMS as a delivery channel for an alert.
SMS is optional and is not enabled by default.

SMS disclosure

Messages are recurring. Message frequency varies based on alerts configured by the user. Message and data rates may apply.

Users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
